We have instructed all members of our staff to notify us in advance and NOT report to work if they feel they have any illness, particularly with a persistent cough or any flu-like symptoms (such as temperature), or if they have any known exposure with someone who is ill.

We will be checking all team members regarding this first thing in the morning and also during the day via the Team Leaders.

All staff are required to wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before leaving the office, upon entering every house (using the nearest sink on entering the home), before using gloves, and again before they leave your home (we will clean the sink afterwards!).

The car will be cleaned with disinfectant on common touched areas first thing in the morning, several times during the day and at night once the equipment has been removed.

Tissues and paper towels are provided in each car (along with extra trash bags for disposing of used ones) should anyone feel the need to cough or sneeze.

Hand sanitzer will be provided in team vehicles as well, while recognizing that the washing of hands is the primary and most effective way to avoid contamination.

Please help us by letting us know if someone is unwell in your home so that we may prepare our team with necessary safety apparel and equipment. With our robust cleaning processes and products, we can still safely clean your home as we can maintain safe separation, and our enhanced working methods will prevent any spreading of the virus onwards.
